Chanlitia Ontwikkeling was founded by Chané Arndt, Director, in close partnership with her father Hennie de Beer, Head of Operations.

Hennie brings decades of hands-on field expertise to every project — a lifetime of mastery that Chané has observed, absorbed, and now stewards into the next generation. Together they are building Chanlitia into one of South Africa's most trusted electrical and construction firms.
